Shipping & Returns

How long does Shipping take?

Originals 

All originals ship with 3-5 days from the time I receive your order.  Shipping time is standard for Canada and the US — generally 5-7 business days.

Standard shipping is included in the Originals price listed for Canada and US.  If you require a rush order please email me.

If you live outside of North America please email me for a shipping quote.

You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Prints and Products

These are shipped direct to you from the printing companies.  Shipping will be calculated at the time you place your order.

Returns

Originals –

If within 10 days after receiving the original artwork you decide that it is not a good fit for your decor please email me immediately.    You have the option of receiving a credit toward the purchase of another piece of artwork of equal or greater value, and will be responsible to pay the return shipping fee.  If you choose to return the artwork outright, you will be responsible to pay return shipping and a 10% fee will be charged.

If the artwork is damaged upon arrival please email me immediately and send a picture via email.

Prints –

Prints can only. be refunded or returned if they arrive damaged.  Please email a picture of the damaged print on arrival.
